I love the look and feel of this site and always love to hear your sardonic view of positivity. Its funny because it is all about positivity and movement but told from the classic new yorker acerbity. It is much more real! I hope I deliver a similar message. Keep up the good work and bring back the videos :)

"Being In The Moment"

Dear Downtown Dharma,
Practice! Practice! This is something that I have worked at very hard for the last year. In my job I am very fortunate to experience amazing things. Riding an elephant/camel through the jungle/desert, watching the sunrise at 19,000ft., eating breakfast w/wild Baboons...but I actually have to remind myself to take that conscious moment to "be in the moment!" Too many times have I looked back at my pictures and realize what an amazing time it was-and bummed that I didn't completely take it in. So take it in-deeply and consciously and those pictures will become a whole new meaning....
